Cornwell’s Dinner Theatre is a 150-seat professional theatre located on the property at Turkeyville, USA. Each year, we present six to eight productions and over 200 performances and special events. We are always on the look-out for new talent, both onstage and backstage, to join our team. CDT is an equal-opportunity employer that places a high value on diversity, equity and inclusion. We seek artists from all paths and backgrounds, including non-traditional education journeys. Successful team members will thrive as a part of a small, committed staff that values a collaborative, supportive work environment, fair labor practices, and celebrates creative risk-taking.

Visiting CDT artists live on the property at Turkeyville USA in our company housing, and have full access to the campground amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and volleyball and basketball courts. Also on the property are an all-turkey restaurant, gift shop, ice-cream parlor, arcade, and over 2 miles of rideable model train track. Visiting artists receive a discount at all amenities across the property. We are centrally located in Southwest Michigan, 20 minutes north of Battle Creek, less than an hour from Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids, and 2 hours from both Detroit and Chicago.
