1)    $100.00 deposit is due with signed copy of contract within 10 days.

2)    Final count and full payment is due 3 weeks prior to reservation date.

3)    You will receive a full refund minus a $10.00 administration fee if you cancel by the final count date. After the final count date your deposit will be forfeited.
