AGREEMENT POLICY

After booking a performance with our Group Sales Department, you will receive an agreement to sign and return within 10 days with a $100.00 deposit. Thirty days before your arrival date, we must receive 50% of the balance and you must call in your low count for attendance. Your count at 30 days out is what you will be liable for. You may increase your count after that date by calling our office (pending availability). The final balance must be received 7 days prior to your visit to Cornwell’s. Thirty (30) day notice prior to your scheduled visit required for cancellations. a $10.00 adminstration fee will be added to all groups.
