TURKEYVILLE IS STEPPING UP AND OUT WITH BIGGER AND BETTER EVENTS FOR 2012!

Cornwell’s Turkeyville invites you to participate in our 2012 season of Arts & Crafts shows. Here is information that is very important to the success of our shows. Please read carefully and follow all the rules. PLEASE RETURN APPLICATION, PAYMENT, AND 1 PHOTO WITH A SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE.

May 19,20 June 2 July 14, 15

September 15,16 October 6,7

Please make sure to READ the following rules and regulations. Remember quality and workmanship is important to our shoppers and us. All items in your booth must be handmade! If they are not they must be removed from your booth and will lead to termination from future shows at Turkeyville.

1.) SPACE ASSIGNMENTS: Space assignments will be assigned starting March 20th, and go until the show is filled. 2012 DISCOUNT: Register for all 5 shows and pay by March 15st and receive a 20% discount. That is like

 paying for four shows and getting one show free. RETURNING CRAFTERS:

 get your money in by March 15st in order for your best chance to obtain your usual space for the season. However, there is no guarantee you will

receive your requested space. We will do our best to honor any special needs or requests. We will not assign spaces until payment for the show has been received. Spaces are first come first serve. This will be strictly enforced this year. Please make checks payable to Cornwell’s. We do accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for payment of booth fees.

2.) PARK BEHIND SPACES: These are available at an extra cost. These spaces are extremely limited-please have your money in early if you are interested in one of these spaces. To apply for a park behind space you MUST have your application and fees paid by MARCH 15ST, 2011. They are first come first serve. The cost will be $55.00 for a one day show, and $85.00 for a two day show (September 15,16 is $125.00)

3.) QUALITY: Cornwell’s is proud of their craft shows. We jury our shows in order to keep them at a HIGH level of craftsmanship. All items in your booth must be hand crafted by the artist.

NO BUY/SELL ITEMS WILL BE ALLOWED.

During each craft show jurors will be walking around checking all booths. Anyone found with manufactured items will be terminated from all future shows. NO EXCEPTIONS.

   4.) DISPLAY/SETUP/SHOW HOURS:

Set up: Friday before show from 2:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. No one can be setting up after 8:00 p.m.

Saturday of show from 7:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m.

Show time: 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Tear down: 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Please set up during the above time. Any crafters setting up after 8:00 p.m. will be asked to leave. Each crafter will be responsible for their display in a space of 12x12. You must stay within your space or an additional fee will be charged the day of the show. This will be strictly enforced this year, and if you have any questions about your space feel free to ask. NO CARPETS, TARPS OR PLASTIC COVERS OF ANY KIND MAY BE ON THE GROUND! Driving on the lawns is strictly prohibited and will be grounds for termination from the show.

5.) CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmations will be mailed after March 30th, 2011 along with vehicle passes and vendor cards. Vendor cards will be

 required for all vendor food line purchases in the Cornwell’s Restaurant.

6.) REMINDERS:

A.) NO ANIMALS on the grounds or in your booth at any time, this includes set up times.

B.) NO GROUND COVERS OF ANY KIND will be allowed.

C.) Park in assigned areas only- others will be towed at owners expense.

D.) No driving or parking on any of the lawns.

***Remember, not following the above rules and guidelines will result in termination from the shows with no refund.

7.) Don’t forget to visit inside Turkeyville. We have a restaurant that is open from 11:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. On Saturday and Sunday of Craft Shows we open for breakfast from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Turkeyville also has an Ice Cream Parlor where we make our own homemade Ice Cream, Fudge, and Caramel Corn. Don’t forget to visit our Gift Shop where we have lots of unique gifts and a full Bakery and Deli.

8) We opened Camp Turkeyville RV Resort Last Summer. Our campgroud has full amenities and is with walking distance of the craft show. We have 127 RV spaces for $40.00 a night.  Amenitites include a heated splash pool and swimming pool, store, showers, laundry internet access and more. On May 20, 2012 the Corvette Club Of Battle Creek will be hosting its 24th Annual Corvette Celebration. This is a NCCC sanctioned event. The Corvette Club of Battle Creek was established in 1958 making it one of the oldest Corvette Clubs in the country and one of the founding members of the National Council of Corvette Clubs. The show will run from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM with registration opening at 08:00 AM. The cost of the show registration is $15.00 before April 22 and $20.00 after April 22. This is open to all Corvette owners club and non club members. Their will be 36 Trophies awarded for Best of Show, Peoples Choice 1st 2nd, and 3rd Places in both stock and modified classes. Their will be a DJ on hand for entertainment

during the show. So come join the fun.
